Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is the technique of choice for a number of counsellors for stress reduction, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and anxiety conditions. EFT, developed from Thought Field Therapy, is a bio-field therapy that is similar to acupuncture in that it works with the energy points on the body essentially rewiring the body’s circuits and emotional responses. It has a positive affect on your emotional well being, health conditions, and performance issues. It is highly effective and you can easily learn this technique for your personal use. It is also a technique that has many uses in therapy sessions.
